Project Manager – Nova – Utilities Services 6 month Turn-around project-Managed Scaffolding, Lagging/insulation on 24/7 (3 shifts), 1000 men onsite, 1000 m2 work front, peaking at 275; SHE: 138,000 man-hours, 0 RCR, numerous recognitions, 1 LTI, 2 FAC, 19 NM, R20M scope growth 30%, to successful hand-over to Sasol.

Head – Capital Projects •  Conceptual designs and contract managed Civil Chinese Contractor on the Roads Refurbishment Project, rebuilding 50-year-old roads within the plant area, including roads in the town, and national road circuit at $9M.

•  Engineering, design, contract managed the Refurbishment of Nchanga Rangers Football Stadium to meet FIFA standards, 1$M in 3 months’ fast track project, including buildings, fencing, pavilions, and access roads.

Head – Capital Projects Commissioned, after Trouble Shooting, the New Tank House Unit 2 Rectifier / Transformer by running trial test for 72 hours continuously, after prevailing faults since 2007, closing 5year $15M project.

Site Manager E&I Managed part of team who produced “1st copper”, completed it with design review / scope changes to comply Intrinsic Safe standards. Provided tech support to TMP on standards.
